George Rennie Award For The Greyhound
November 2011 - We were honoured to receive the prestigious George Rennie award this week by Derby City Council following our restoration of The Greyhound.
The George Rennie award recognises quality conservation projects in Derby and following a £400,000 restoration project we are pleased to have put one of Derby’s historic buildings back on the map.
Trevor Harris our head brewer said: "It has been fantastic to restore one of Derby's most historic pubs to its rightful place at the heart of the city's vibrant pub scene. We are thrilled that the renovation project has been recognised in this way and hope that The Greyhound will be here for the people of Derby to enjoy for many years."
